Scrum Master (Remote)

About the role

INDI is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its fully remote team. You will act as the central coordination point for multiple project squads, ensuring that business and technical requirements are captured accurately and that solutions are delivered efficiently across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Guide development teams in applying Scrum practices to achieve high‑quality delivery.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog items and prioritize work.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Promote continuous improvement, self‑organization and sustainable pace.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align on goals and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• At least four years of experience in the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills in English (advanced) and Spanish (fluent).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira for agile project tracking.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
