Salesforce System Administrator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator to join BairesDev’s fully remote team. You will be responsible for keeping our Salesforce environment performant, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Design, build, and optimize complex automation using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security.
• Perform regular data audits, clean‑ups, and enforce data‑quality standards.
• Support and monitor integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal users.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Proven ability to configure the platform, manage users, and enforce security policies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and data‑management best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with system integrations and data migration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
