Salesforce Administrator – Remote (Ecuador)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 6–8 years of hands‑on expertise to work remotely from Ecuador. You will collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day platform operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments to guarantee stability, security, and performance.
• Gather requirements from clients and translate business processes into Salesforce configurations.
• Set up and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, dashboards, queues, assignment rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Handle user provisioning, license management, and data visibility controls.
• Design, build, test, and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Plan and execute sandbox management, release schedules, and production deployments.
• Support change‑management activities, impact analysis, testing, and user acceptance.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and architects to ensure successful releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Document system configurations, release notes, and knowledge articles.
• Recommend best‑practice governance and platform optimization.

• Declarative automation (Salesforce Flow).
• Release management, sandbox strategy, and change‑control processes.
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• User management, security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy.
• Configuration of reports, dashboards, approval processes, validation rules, record types, and page layouts.
