Sales Executive – Membership & Operations

About the role

Sagelane is looking for a Sales Executive to own and evolve its membership sales function from strategy to execution. The role combines sales leadership, national account management, and day‑to‑day operational support for multifamily services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the overall sales strategy across all channels and market segments.
• Support hiring for future sales team members, set hiring strategy and KPIs, and coach existing staff.
• Build, maintain and report on sales forecasts, pipeline health and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute a national account strategy for key and enterprise‑level partners.
• Provide weekly performance reports to the CEO.
• Maintain the CRM system daily, log all interactions and generate regular sales dashboards.
• Monitor multifamily activity, act as first point of contact for washers, troubleshoot app and queue issues, and coordinate on‑site operational support.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensure payment processing, and keep documentation organized in OneDrive and Slack.
• Serve as a remote technology resource, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors for rapid resolution.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in sales, membership sales or a high‑performance customer‑facing role.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and managing full lead‑to‑close pipelines.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and evaluate sales team performance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to support both sales and operational functions.
