About the role

The company is seeking a qualified professional in Architecture or Civil Engineering to act as a Site Resident. The role involves supervising construction activities, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring that design and engineering plans are correctly implemented both in the office and on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor work execution on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily activities with technical and operational staff.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings.
• Support development and revision of design documents.
• Perform technical tasks in both office and field environments.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to the project.
• Assist in solving issues that arise during execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Availability to work both in the office and on‑site.
• Valid occupational risk certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD for technical drawing.
• Knowledge of SAP2000 for structural analysis.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
