Remote Web Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking remote web developers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week depending on availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
