Remote Solutions Architect – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join a fully remote AI training program serving engineers across Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
