Remote Sales Representative – Air Freight Services

About the role

Cal Air Cargo, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to work from a home office. You will promote the company’s air‑freight solutions for flowers and related products, generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach.
• Present Cal Air Cargo’s services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Provide ongoing customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored shipping solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or air‑freight sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Customer‑service orientation and strong negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Windows PC (minimum i5 processor, 16 GB RAM) with dual monitors.
• Fiber‑optic internet connection of at least 200 Mbps.
• Knowledge of air‑freight services and shipping processes.
