Remote Sales Assistant

About the role

Valatam is seeking a bilingual Remote Sales Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based client. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, educating prospects, and converting sales opportunities while working from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate potential customers on services, procedures, and solutions.
• Build strong relationships and represent the brand positively.
• Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into booked services, meeting close‑rate metrics.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures, and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
• Maintain reliable attendance in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, customer success, or business development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Availability for rotating 8‑hour shifts (40 hours/week), including possible weekends.
