Remote React Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote React Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on improving AI‑generated code. You will work asynchronously, reviewing code, rating AI responses, and creating coding challenges that help enhance model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level, or senior.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.
