Remote Project Manager – Salesforce (Ecuador)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead delivery of technology initiatives for distributed teams. The role is fully remote and focused on coordinating Agile workflows, managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project planning, execution tracking, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, weekly status reviews, leadership updates and delivery checkpoints.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, project plans and status dashboards.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, weekly status reports and escalation summaries.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders to remove blockers and drive delivery readiness.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks such as configuration and flow creation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or delivery management experience in IT services or product engineering.
• Proven ability to manage distributed Agile teams and client‑facing delivery.
• Strong communication, ownership and escalation management skills.
• Experience with project plans, RAID, status reporting and governance routines.
