Remote Land Surveyor / Civil Engineer (Civil 3D)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong land surveying experience to work remotely on drainage, sewer, and civil 3D projects. The role involves interpreting topographic and boundary surveys, creating design models, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee land development, public works, site infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Produce grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and related software.
• Perform site grading, access road, stormwater, hydraulic and hydrology calculations, and design detention ponds, erosion control, and parking lots.
• Create as‑built, foundation, road inventory, and legal description surveys, including wetlands mapping.
• Review all drawings and survey drafts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and state standards.

Required profile

• Verified experience in land surveying and civil engineering, preferably with drainage/sewer systems.
• Advanced spoken English (mandatory) and ability to provide a portfolio or sample projects.
• Willingness to submit a voice note as part of the screening process.
