Remote Graphic Designer for Ads (LATAM)

About the role

HireHawk is looking for a remote Graphic Designer for Ads who turns campaign briefs into distinctive, on-brand advertising creative that helps people understand an offer and take action. The role expands creative production and testing across paid social and display campaigns, working alongside marketing colleagues and owning the design process from initial concepts through final assets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate campaign briefs into visual concepts with a clear audience, offer and call to action.
• Create polished ad designs that balance brand consistency with each campaign's needs.
• Develop creative variations to test different imagery, layouts and messaging.
• Adapt approved concepts across ad sizes and placements while keeping them readable and impactful.
• Use campaign results and stakeholder feedback to improve creative and explain design choices.
• Collaborate with marketing and copywriting colleagues so visuals and messaging convey one clear idea.
• Build reusable templates and organized asset libraries.
• Deliver quality-checked exports and editable source files on time, catching layout, copy and formatting issues early.

Required profile

• Experience turning creative briefs and brand guidelines into finished digital assets.
• Fluent written and spoken English for remote collaboration.
• Reliable project organization, including clear file naming, version control and timely communication about deadlines.
• Nice to have: experience supporting creative A/B tests and building reusable templates in Figma or Canva.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or comparable professional design tools.
• Nice to have: motion graphics or short-form video editing, familiarity with landing page or e-commerce creative.
