Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on improving AI‑generated code. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑produced code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help the model learn.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
