Remote Bilingual Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a remote bilingual lawyer fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing personal injury practice. The role involves handling client intake, case administration, and supporting attorneys in litigation while working entirely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intakes and open/maintain client files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and assist in litigation preparation.
• File and verify balances, prepare accounting entries, and manage invoices.
• Review and process faxes and emails, order and organize medical records and bills.
• Support attorneys with various legal matters as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of delivering high‑quality work remotely.
