Regional General Manager, Latin America

About the role

Lead the growth, performance and strategic direction of Intrepid’s Latin America region. Reporting to the Managing Director, Asia, Latin America and Global Operations, you will be accountable for overall business performance and support regional leadership in implementing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term regional strategy to meet annual and multi‑year objectives.
• Partner with General Managers to ensure sales, customer and employee engagement targets are achieved.
• Identify and implement new initiatives that strengthen the Intrepid brand across the region.
• Oversee risk and incident management, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
• Drive financial performance through strong commercial decision‑making and budgeting.

Required profile

• Tertiary management qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years senior‑level management experience, preferably with company‑wide responsibility.
• High financial literacy and proven commercial decision‑making ability.
• Strategic thinker with ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Understanding of risk and incident management.
• Strong relationship‑building and team‑development capabilities.
• Knowledge of Latin American travel markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
