Regional Business Development Coordinator – Latin America & Caribbean

About the role

Plan International is seeking a Regional Business Development Coordinator to support its Latin America and Caribbean portfolio for a six‑month fixed‑term covering maternity leave. The role focuses on designing, negotiating and managing proposals, ensuring donor compliance, and strengthening regional fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, negotiation and management of grant proposals and corporate partnership agreements.
• Consolidate timely donor reports and guarantee compliance with Plan’s corporate standards and donor guidelines.
• Provide proactive support and advice to Country Offices and the Regional Office on resource mobilisation and grant management.
• Manage the Fund Approval Document (FAD) process, ensuring proper registration of projects.
• Deliver trainings and workshops on resource mobilisation topics, both virtually and on‑site.
• Oversee correct use of corporate resource mobilisation systems such as SAP and CRM.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, grant management or resource mobilisation within the non‑profit sector.
• Familiarity with donor compliance requirements and corporate partnership management.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑country initiatives and work with diverse internal teams.
