About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, drive process improvements, and ensure the team delivers top‑tier talent for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies while promoting employee well‑being.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep recruitment processes aligned with business needs.
• Monitor KPIs, metrics, and salary structures, ensuring data‑driven decisions.
• Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve staffing outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
