Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Analyst to join our global recruiting team. In this remote position you will help shape staffing strategies, support candidate sourcing, and improve recruitment processes for a fast‑growing technology services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed profile information for each vacancy.
• Partner with the recruiting department to identify and assess suitable candidates.
• Present candidate shortlists to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional talent opportunities within existing accounts.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to staffing and recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
