Quality Control Senior Analyst

About the role

Join an international, collaborative team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical products. As a Quality Control Senior Analyst you will directly influence product reliability and patient safety by applying rigorous analytical methods and continuous improvement practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform release testing of semi‑finished products, guaranteeing compliance with established quality standards.
• Operate laboratory equipment, notably High‑Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), with precision and accountability.
• Interpret analytical results, generate timely reports, and meet departmental KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving processes, guidelines, and innovations.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all laboratory activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in English to understand technical documentation.
• Strong organizational mindset, proactive attitude, and a focus on teamwork and compliance.
• Availability to work in shifts.
