QA Engineering Tutor (LATAM)

About the role

TripleTen is seeking a passionate QA Engineering Tutor to guide learners across Latin America through a high‑intensity QA bootcamp. You will combine live teaching, one‑on‑one coaching, and project evaluation to help students master testing concepts and launch new tech careers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live webinars and 1:1 sessions using a level‑based curriculum.
• Review asynchronous QA projects, provide detailed feedback, and grade assessments.
• Facilitate co‑learning blocks where students collaborate on real‑world testing scenarios.
• Maintain a supportive, empathetic learning environment and motivate students throughout the program.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional QA experience, preferably with automation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work remotely.
• Prior experience as a senior QA engineer or hiring manager is a plus.

Required skills

• Selenium automation framework.
• Python programming.
• Command‑line proficiency.
• Browser DevTools, Charles/Fiddler for traffic inspection.
• API testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
• Fundamental knowledge of operating systems, networks, and system architecture.
• Basic SQL querying.
