Python/Django Software Engineer - Remote - Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python/Django Software Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and participate in daily development activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Python/Django applications and APIs.
• Build and scale distributed systems in production environments.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth/OIDC.
• Work with AWS services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Develop event‑driven solutions using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
