Property Manager – French & English Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Long‑Term Rental (LTR) Property Manager who is fluent in French and English. This remote, full‑time position will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a diverse residential portfolio, acting as the main liaison for tenants, owners, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple long‑term rental properties.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors in both French and English.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals, and terminations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve maintenance requests, and ensure timely repairs.
• Oversee rent collection, lease compliance, and tenant documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational/occupancy reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using property‑management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Rent Manager.
