Procurement Manager – Fintech & Crypto (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end procurement function for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform that operates thousands of kiosks worldwide. This remote, high‑ownership position will shape vendor strategy, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiency across a complex global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost‑effective procurement strategies that support global operations and long‑term growth.
• Source, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers, building strong relationships and securing advantageous commercial terms.
• Review supplier contracts, identify risks, flag gaps, and recommend protective changes.
• Approve purchase orders and ensure accurate, on‑time delivery of goods and services.
• Control the procurement budget, track spend, identify inefficiencies, and promote a culture of cost savings.
• Prepare clear procurement reports and oversee IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and supply levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement management with a record of cost savings and strong vendor relationships.
• Deep knowledge of contract review, invoicing, and commercial negotiation.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Must be based in Latin America or Europe.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budget tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
