Process Control and Improvement Superintendent

About the role

Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) is seeking a Process Control and Improvement Superintendent to lead the optimisation of manufacturing processes across its facilities. You will drive productivity, quality and efficiency improvements while supporting the company’s purpose of advancing life around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise and control manufacturing processes to boost productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM and continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase OEE and reduce waste.
• Analyse process performance, identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
• Act as technical owner of process parameters, standards and change management (MOC).
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.
• Develop KPI dashboards, performance metrics and data‑driven decision‑making tools.
• Promote automation, digitalisation and best manufacturing practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and corporate standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production or continuous‑improvement roles.
• Advanced/professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Plastic transformation processes – extrusion and injection molding.
• Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, MOC, SPC, Root Cause Analysis and 5‑Why methodology.
• SAP and manufacturing information systems (e.g., Atlas, Infopro or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑leadership abilities.
