Process Control and Improvement Superintendent

About the role

Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) seeks a Process Control and Improvement Superintendent to drive operational excellence across extrusion, injection, and auxiliary production lines. You will own the technical stability of processes, lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure that production meets safety, quality, cost and productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, control and continuously improve extrusion, injection and auxiliary processes to guarantee stability and maximize asset efficiency.
• Lead standardisation, digitalisation and structural improvement projects aligned with the Manufacturing Excellence strategy.
• Implement and enforce lean tools, TPM and Management of Change (MOC) discipline to eliminate bottlenecks, variability and waste.
• Develop and maintain performance measurement tools such as OEE, GSM, production rates and energy‑efficiency metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production and maintenance teams, ensuring reliable process operation.
• Promote automation, data utilisation and digital solutions throughout the plant.
• Monitor budget compliance through expense analysis and control.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process control, continuous improvement or related manufacturing roles.
• Proven ability to lead lean‑manufacturing and TPM initiatives in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety, quality and cost optimisation.
