About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our educational team. The role involves delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment for young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that meets diverse learning needs.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support different learning styles.
- Assess, record, and report student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Develop and maintain classroom routines that promote respect, responsibility, and positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, parent‑teacher conferences, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well‑being.
- Uphold school policies and maintain high standards of teaching professionalism.
- Identify and respond to individual student needs, including those with special educational needs.
- Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning and engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure valid for the relevant jurisdiction.
- Previous experience teaching elementary‑aged children (1–3 years or more preferred).
- Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
- Familiarity with curriculum and educational standards relevant to the school.
- Strong knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
