PowerPoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote PowerPoint Specialist to design and execute complex business tasks using Microsoft Office tools. The role involves collaborating with advanced language models to create, edit, and evaluate .pptx files that simulate Fortune 500 scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi‑hour business tasks in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with a large language model (LLM) to generate and refine Office Open XML files.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per task and select the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and tasks that would normally require extensive business acumen.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world documents.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across various industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in professional business document creation and review.
• Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
