About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Partnership Executive to build and nurture strategic relationships with referral partners. You will drive high‑quality lead generation and support business growth by managing a diverse partner portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with referral partners.
Onboard, train, and enable partners with tools, incentives, and ongoing support.
Track, analyze, and report partnership performance metrics.
Develop and execute engagement strategies to maximize lead conversion.
Address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, account management, or related fields.
Proven client‑facing experience.
Strong command of English.
