Partner Success Executive (Remote)

About the role

As a Partner Success Executive you will be the main liaison for senior referral partners, ensuring they meet lead generation targets while staying highly engaged with BairesDev’s referral program. This remote position blends account management with sales expertise to drive high‑quality leads and long‑term partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new Senior Advisors, setting expectations for introductions, engagement cadence, and performance metrics.
• Maintain a structured 1:1 cadence with assigned advisors to track pipeline, guide targeting strategy, and monitor Intro‑to‑Lead ratios.
• Qualify introductions, manage follow‑up cadence, and hand off qualified leads to Sales Operations.
• Motivate and retain advisors through advisory tasks, events, and networking initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in a similar environment.
• 1+ year of experience working with the US market in a sales, business development, or account management role.
• Advanced level of English.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree from a US university and extensive US market experience.
