Paid Search & Social Specialist

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Paid Search & Social Specialist to manage and optimise campaigns for automotive dealership clients. You will work remotely, receive mentorship from senior paid‑media experts, and take ownership of real‑world results in a fast‑moving agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to improve ROI and lower cost per conversion.
• Conduct daily account audits, monitor budget pacing and make real‑time adjustments.
• Generate performance reports and present strategies and results to clients.
• Handle OEM reimbursement processes, ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions.
• Analyse data using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Merchant Center and Meta Ads Manager to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, copywriters and designers on experiments and new client initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Ads Editor, Tag Manager and Merchant Center.
• Prior agency experience with client reporting and fast‑paced project delivery.
• Detail‑oriented, research‑driven and strong written and spoken English communication skills.
