Oracle EPM Support Lead Consultant (FCCS & ARCS)

About the role

Avance Consulting Group is seeking a Lead Consultant to provide expert Oracle EPM support, focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The role is fully remote and serves clients across multiple industries, ensuring smooth financial close cycles and system optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑tier remote production support for Oracle Cloud EPM environments, prioritizing FCCS and ARCS.
• Configure, maintain, and continuously optimize metadata, integrations, and ownership structures.
• Support core financial close processes and ensure application stability during reporting windows.
• Manage reconciliation compliance and transaction matching within ARCS, troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Track and resolve client support tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps while meeting SLA targets.
• Collaborate with client teams via MS Teams to provide functional guidance and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle FCCS and ARCS.
• Deep functional knowledge of enterprise financial close, reconciliation compliance, and metadata structures.
• Proven consulting experience delivering managed services for Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
• Fluent English communication skills.
