Opex Expert

About the role

We are looking for an Opex Expert to join our Manufacturing & Global Operations team. You will work on‑site, supporting continuous improvement across the value chain and helping our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Gemba presence, supporting teams to verify processes, identify improvement opportunities and apply OPEX and GOBS standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects using DMAIC, SMED, Kaizen and SPS, ensuring sustainable savings.
• Facilitate and coach teams, building capability in operational‑excellence tools.
• Align operational activities with the Strategic Plan, Hoshin Kanri and key performance indicators across the site.
• Promote a safety‑, quality‑, cost‑ and performance‑focused culture, driving consistency, accountability and measurable results.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Pharmaceutical Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading Lean initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in OPEX, Lean and Six Sigma, able to run projects from diagnosis to Gemba implementation.
• Strong communication, influencing and change‑management abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑oriented mindset, committed to safety and quality.
