About the role

Join a Fortune Global 500 organization as an Operations Assistant, supporting inbound and outbound freight shipments in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

Load and unload containers, store medical units and samples, and pull orders.
Coordinate inbound and outbound air and ocean shipments, including climate‑controlled transport and specialized services such as onboard couriers.
Monitor facility performance, conduct inspections, and address employee concerns to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Ability to perform manual work safely and efficiently following established procedures.
Willingness to work under moderate supervision and collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Required skills

Experience with warehouse operations, loading/unloading, and freight sorting.
Familiarity with handling temperature‑controlled environments such as freezer farms and cold rooms.
