About the role

OMNIAFOODS is looking for a dedicated Food Production Operator to join its Quito facility. The role involves preparing doughs and mixes, operating production equipment, and supporting daily manufacturing targets while ensuring strict food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and mixtures according to established recipes and procedures.
• Weigh and dose ingredients accurately.
• Operate food production machinery.
• Assist in production and packaging processes.
• Record production data, consumptions, quality controls, and other operational information in paper forms or Excel.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical training in Gastronomy, Food Production, or related fields (preferred).
• Demonstrable experience in frozen food production, industrial kitchens, meat processing, bakery, pastry, catering, or similar food companies.
• Experience preparing doughs, mixes, or food products.
• Basic Excel skills for data recording and production control.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to food quality and safety.
• Ability to work in a team environment and respect collaborative culture.
