About the role

Insight, an advertising production company based in Quito, is looking for a skilled Production Operator to join its graphic production team. The role involves handling a variety of finishing processes and operating specialized equipment to deliver high‑quality printed and vinyl materials.

Key responsibilities

• Operate laminating machines to apply protective layers on various substrates.
• Apply vinyl manually and with machines on different surfaces and supports.
• Perform graphic and advertising finishing tasks, including cutting, measuring, and preparing materials.
• Run a calandra for sublimation processes.
• Work with printing materials such as vinyl, canvas, and other supports.
• Learn and operate additional production equipment as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education (Bachillerato).
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic production, advertising, or printing.
• Age between 20 and 45 years.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Open to candidates with disabilities.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team.

Required skills

• Operation of laminating machines.
• Vinyl application techniques.
• Use of calandra for sublimation.
• Precision measurement and cutting of materials.
• Handling of printing materials (vinyl, canvas, etc.).
