Microsoft 365 Productivity & Cloud Engineer

About the role

The Microsoft 365 Productivity & Cloud Engineer will support, optimise and evolve Microsoft 365 services for WWF‑US and its country offices across Latin America. You will combine deep technical expertise with bilingual English‑Spanish communication to deliver regionally aligned support while contributing to global standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and their admin centres, including Teams Admin Center.
• Design and implement workflow solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Manage user accounts, role‑based access, conditional access policies and Privileged Identity Management in line with least‑privilege principles.
• Maintain M365, security, dynamic and distribution groups via web UI, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Provide time‑zone‑aligned support to regional users, collaborate with US‑based IT teams, and escalate systemic issues.
• Monitor service health, participate in incident response, business continuity planning and maintain documentation in English and Spanish.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse country offices.
• Willingness to work occasional after‑hours, weekends or holidays for critical outages.
