Mensajero/a motorizado/a – Atención al cliente (Norte de Quito)

About the role

We are seeking a motorized messenger to manage customer‑focused deliveries in the north sector of Quito. The position requires timely order fulfillment while providing friendly, professional service to our clients. You will be the direct link between the company and its customers, representing our brand on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers promptly and according to schedule.
• Verify documentation and products before each delivery.
• Maintain courteous and professional interaction with clients.
• Report any incidents or issues encountered during the route.
• Adhere to company delivery times and policies.
• Keep the motorcycle clean and in good working order.
• Comply with traffic safety regulations and company guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• Valid A‑type motorcycle driver’s license.
• Own motorcycle in good condition.
• At least one year of experience as a delivery rider, messenger or similar role.
• Knowledge of the main routes in north Quito.
• Responsible, punctual and customer‑service oriented.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday and holidays as needed.
• Age between 22 and 29 years.
