Mechanical BIM Specialist – Vendor Track (Learn, Work, Transition)

About the role
This is a paid, full‑time opportunity to learn and work on real Mechanical BIM projects while you transition to a permanent staff position. You will start on a vendor‑based model, gaining hands‑on experience with Revit and Navisworks on real‑world assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mechanical BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, piping) to LOD 400 standards.
- Produce prefab components and coordinate them within Navisworks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams on U.S. projects.
- Ensure model compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC).
Required profile
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent field experience.
- 1–2 years as a Mechanical Modeler or 3–5 years as a Mechanical BIM Specialist.
- Immediate full‑time availability and own computer.
- Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (used daily).
Required skills
- Revit (mechanical trade) and Navisworks.
- LOD 400 modeling and prefab experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
