Manufacturing Operator – Production Line

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Operator I to join our production floor. You will run converting, packaging, and boxing equipment to produce high‑quality wipes while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate converting line equipment to load, thread, cut, fold, saturate, and stack various cloth materials.
• Run packaging equipment, including film and label loading, to create complete wipe packages.
• Manage automated pick‑and‑place boxing lines, load boxes onto skids, shrink‑wrap, and transport pallets using a pallet jack.
• Perform routine cleaning, hand‑packing, and other manufacturing support tasks.
• Read and follow equipment procedures, set up machines safely, and document production parameters.
• Identify machine failures, make minor adjustments, and involve maintenance when needed.
• Monitor product quality, adjust processes within specifications, and record data on required forms.
• Provide backup for other positions and complete ad‑hoc projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or at least two years of experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand charts, indicators, control instructions, and operator checklists in English.
• Basic math skills, including fractional and decimal calculations.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and work in warm or cold conditions.
