About the role
The Mall Agent will generate and capture commercial opportunities within shopping centres, proactively approaching and advising potential customers to drive foot traffic toward our automotive dealerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers in the mall environment.
- Provide personalized advice on mobility solutions and vehicle offerings.
- Increase dealership visits by promoting promotions and special offers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work rotating mall schedules, including weekends and evenings.
Required profile
- Formal education in administrative or commercial fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer‑service or sales roles.
- Availability to work flexible, rotating hours typical of shopping centre operations.
