About the role

Join BairesDev as a Machine Learning Engineer and help turn cutting‑edge research into production‑ready solutions. You will work remotely with a global team of top talent, building scalable ML pipelines and serving infrastructure for real‑time and batch predictions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop production‑ready machine learning pipelines using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deploy, configure, and manage scalable model‑serving infrastructure to support both real‑time and batch inference.
• Implement MLOps practices to automate testing, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of models.
• Monitor deployed models for performance degradation, data drift, and reliability issues.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to translate experimental models into robust, maintainable production code.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Strong background in training, serving, and monitoring large‑scale ML systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow or PyTorch deep‑learning frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of model‑serving infrastructure (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
