Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. You will support our project teams by reviewing key logistics documents, improving supply‑chain workflows, and creating training resources that reflect industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop annotated sample documentation that illustrates best practices in logistics and supply‑chain management.
• Evaluate existing supply‑chain workflows and recommend process improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating the relevance and correctness of supply‑chain data sets.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources that address nuanced supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with logistics documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, especially for technical concepts.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical skills for process improvement.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment and delivering high‑quality results on time.
