Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Join Grünenthal's Manufacturing & Global Operations team as a Logistics Coordinator. You will work on‑site within an international, collaborative environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise area personnel and monitor performance indicators, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage quality and EHS events, deviations, and the closure of related CAPAs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements in all logistics activities.
• Oversee SAP‑WM processes specific to the area.
• Respond to internal and external customer needs, strengthening collaborative relationships across the operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in warehousing and storage operations.
• Proven experience leading operational teams of 10 + people.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Availability to work shifts and/or weekends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Proficiency with SAP MM and SAP WM modules.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI or similar data‑analytics tools to manage and analyse performance indicators.
