About the role

Enmedio Comunicación Digital, a leading digital signage company in the Andean region, is looking for a Commercial Leader to drive growth in Ecuador. You will shape the sales strategy, lead a high‑performing team, and strengthen the company’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the commercial strategy for Ecuador.
• Lead, coach, and develop the country’s sales team.
• Achieve sales budget and key performance indicators.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead high‑impact negotiations.
• Coordinate project implementation with internal departments.
• Track commercial metrics and present management reports.
• Manage administrative processes linked to the commercial area.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience and at least 2 years leading sales teams.
• Proven track record in prospecting, opportunity creation, negotiation, closing, and strategic account growth.
• Experience designing and implementing commercial strategies and monitoring KPIs.
• Strong achievement orientation, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or Monday.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ecuador and travel for commercial activities.
