Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to create engaging micro‑learnings, courses, simulations and workshops that support our Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely, you will blend instructional design expertise with data‑driven insights to improve recruiter performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learning modules, full courses, workshops, simulations and quizzes tailored to the needs of the Talent Acquisition function.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning assets.
• Build role‑based learning paths that guide skill development across seniority levels.
• Track and report training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of all learning materials.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or technology‑adjacent environments.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Ability to analyse training data to measure impact.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• EdApp or similar LMS.
• E‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise).
• Confluence or Notion for content management.
• Data analysis for training evaluation.
