Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Learning Content Developer to create engaging, data‑driven learning experiences for its Talent Acquisition team. You will work at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, turning complex recruitment processes into micro‑learnings, courses, simulations, and workshops that improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to recruiters' needs.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content.
• Build role‑based learning paths that support skill progression.
• Track and report training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores, and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or tech‑adjacent environments.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Background in content creation and data analysis for training effectiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
