Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to help improve model performance. No prior AI experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country (e.g., Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
