Junior Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges to help improve the AI model. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, making it ideal for developers looking for remote, project‑oriented assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior accepted).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
