IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join BairesDev’s fully remote talent acquisition team. In this role you will act as the bridge between client services, sales and the recruitment pipeline, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to ongoing IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and filter the existing pool of pre‑vetted candidates according to defined parameters.
• Prepare candidate summaries, edit resumes and present profiles to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, coordinating with Client Services and Sales.
• Fill open IT positions while meeting time‑to‑market and revenue targets.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, client services and sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Adaptable, collaborative and team‑oriented.
